1. Price, Availability and Formation
of Contract
Whilst the Polperro Press endeavours to ensure accuracy
of description, specifications and pricing, there may
be occasions where errors arise. In addition to this,
specifications and prices are subject to change without
prior notice. Should such situations occur the Polperro
Press will contact you with a full explanation and corrected
details. The Polperro Press will allow you the opportunity
to cancel your order in such circumstances. All prices
are payable in Pounds Sterling. There will be no binding
contract to supply unless or until the Polperro Press
accepts your order by despatching it to you. You may
place an order by one of the following methods of ordering:

2. Payment
2.1 Credit/debit card
The Polperro Press accepts payment by credit/debit card
(we do not accept payment by American Express).
Please Note: If you do not wish to give your credit/debit
card details over the Internet, you can place your order
and give your payment details over the telephone, by
fax or by post.
2.2 Cheque/Postal Order
Polperro Press accepts payment by cheque/postal order.
Cheques should be made payable to Polperro Press for
the full amount of the order, including postage and
packing (for postage and packing rates please see our
FAQ section)
2.3 Invoices
Polperro Press will invoice organisations for orders
on request. Such orders must be on official headed paper
or accompanied by an official order number.
3. Delivery
If your order is accepted, the Polperro Press will try
to despatch the goods ordered within 5 working days
of receipt of payment from you to the delivery address
you have specified unless otherwise notified. Your credit/debit
card will be debited on receipt of your order. Ownership
of the goods will pass to you on either payment in full
or despatch of the goods, whichever is the later to
occur.
4. Cancellation and Returns
4.1 Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations")
if you are a consumer as defined in the Regulations
(as opposed to being a business customer) and are situated
in the European Economic Area you may cancel your order
at any time before your order is delivered and up to
7 working days following the day after the day you receive
your order. Notice of cancellation must be in writing
by post, e-mail or fax to Publication Sales, Polperro
Heritage Press, Clifton-upon-Teme, Worcestershire WR6
6EN, UK, polperro.press@virgin.net : 018868 12304 giving
full order details. Should you wish to return goods
you must do so at your own expense within 14 working
days of receipt so that we can credit you with the total
amount of your order. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt
we will credit your credit card (or otherwise refund)
the total amount of your order.
4.2 In addition to your rights in clause 3.1 we will
accept goods for return within 28 days of receipt by
you if:
4.2.1 We send the wrong goods to you, in which case
upon the return of such goods to us, we will refund
the price to you (including postage costs) or send you
the correct goods;
4.2.2 the goods were found to be damaged on receipt
in which case upon return of such goods to us, we will
either replace the goods or give you a full refund (including
postage costs).
Provided the above conditions are met, the Polperro
Press will refund the cost of all such returns provided
the goods are returned by registered post. The goods
which you return remain your property, and at your risk,
until we have received them.
Please allow 14 days (in addition to delivery time)
for us to process the return or refund. Please allow
28 days (in addition to delivery time) for an overseas
order.
4.3 Refunds will be given in the same tender type as
the original payment.
5. Advance Orders
The Polperro Press accepts advance orders for items
that are not yet published. Please note that your account
will be debited immediately on receipt of your order
except when:
A credit/debit card order is received by methods other
than the website for forthcoming publications alone.
In this case credit/debit card details will be kept
until publication.
An organisation requires an invoice. Upon publication
the organisation will be invoiced for the order.
Advance orders will be despatched upon publication.

6. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders of more than 10 copies of a title can be
purchased free of carriage charges via the website.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Links
The Polperro Press accepts no responsibility for the
contents of any sites which may be linked to this website
and it does not endorse such websites.
9. Information
The Polperro Press tries to ensure that the material
and information comprised on this website is accurate
and up to date but it will have no liability in respect
of such material and information or for its use.
10. Jurisdiction and Law
Contracts between you and the Polperro Heritage Press
are governed by and shall be construed in accordance
with English law with English courts having jurisdiction
subject to any contrary rights you may have if you are
a consumer.
